Ground floor

The ground floor operates as a separate residential unit with its own entrance, large modern and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Ground floor is heated by underfloor heating. There are 4 rooms on the ground floor (max 6 people). The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink.

1st floor

The advantage of the rooms on the first floor is that they have a French balcony overlooking the garden or lots of windows, providing a bright and cozy space to stay and study. Upstairs is a large equipped kitchen with oven, fridg and dishwasher and a large dining table. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The toilet is a separate unit. There is wooden floor on the floor. The upper floor and the attic have a common entrance. A maximum of 6 people can live on the floor.

Attic

The attic combines all the elegance and light offered by skylights, beautiful views of the surroundings and wooden beams on the ceiling. The rooms offer beautiful views of Ljubljana Castle or the Krim mountain. The AC ensures pleasant cooling in the summer months. The house is heated by gas, the entire floor has wooden floor. In the attic there is a large modern kitchen with an oven, large fridge, dishwasher and a dining table. The bathroom includes a bath and shower and a separate toilet.
