Each floor has its own kitchen, which is fully equipped (hob, large fridge, oven, kettle, cutlery and dishwasher). The house has three laundries, where residents have access to a new washing machine and a separate dryer. On each floor there are three or four rooms (single, double or tripple).

All rooms are bright with large windows, modern and freshly furnished with a bed, desk and wardrobe.

High speed wireless internet is available in the entire house.

The bikes will be safely stored in the bike storage.

It is also possible to rent a parking space at the house or park in arranged parking spaces near Gradaščica river in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Next to the house is a large garden (300 m2), which allows you to enjoy and relax in the shade and peace. Students have access to rooms on the ground floor, first floor and attic.

The house is away from busy streets and offers a lot of privacy.

The rent includes free high speed wireless internet, social and recreational facilities inside and outside and laundry facilities.

The rental price does not include costs (heating, electricity, water, wireless internet, cleaning of common areas). Additional costs are estimated at 50 euros per month.
