Rezidenca Kolezija was designed with the idea of offering young people and students not only a room, but the whole experience of ideal conditions for study, work and relaxation in one of Ljubljana's most popular districts - Kolezija. The Kolezija city district is known as one of the most desirable, quiet, safe and tidy Ljubljana quarters near the faculties, the city center, public transport and grocery stores. Rezidenca Kolezija offers plenty of green space for recreation and relaxation, as it is close to Tivoli Park and the Kolezija swimming pool.

The project involves three business partners for whom travel is an important part of life. Both studying abroad and staying in various accommodations around the world, we gained rich experience, which helped us to design Rezidenca Kolezija according to our wishes and measurements. In choosing the location, built-in elements and interior design, we followed the guideline to offer only the best.
